So I had to call them because my school wanted a letter from them that I would have money on the way. I was told that the award was not guaranteed and they could not send the email. They said that receiving the award email the first stage was passed, but there was a second stage. Does anyone know anything about this? My hopes feel deflated.

If I have credit card debt that I couldn't pay , do you think that will affect my chances?
