    The entire system is flawed and ridiculously slow. Whoever thought that letting an office from Philadelphia handle the nursing application of a person in Alberta is good idea needs to try the process himself. It's bad enough that we have to deal with the money-grabbing scheme of IELTS and now this? It's like they don't even want people to practice nursing here.
