  1. Could someone please share their Nurse 3 proficiency example with me? I am currently working on mine and feel that I need help. I would really appreciate it! Thanks! [email protected]
  2. Cvepo, thank you for your message. I appreciate your information. I still cannot send PMs. Are you on day or night shift right now?
  3. Cvepo, how do you like working at OHSU? I interviewed at MICU there this week and curious what you've got to say about the hospital overall. Thank you!
  4. SMSRNTX, I was offered a job on that unit but I ended up not taking it. I accepted another offer from a different hospital. I believe the program at Baylor is about 12 weeks and then you start working on your own, without a preceptor I mean. Wish I could help you more. That's all I know.
  5. I talked to the manager first and then to the nurse supervisor. The manager asked me to tell her about myself and why I chose nursing, while the supervisor asked me what I expected from the work and what was something special that I did to a patient. Questions were quite general and not tricky or difficult. I enjoyed both interviews. I also had questions for them, so I felt it was more of a conversation. Both the manager and the supervisor were very informative, so I learned a lot about the unit.
  6. Nursinghopeful03, did you get a position at CC? I still did not hear anything about CC for which I applied back at the beginning of June. I had an interview for med/surg unit today and I applied for it only a week ago. I wonder if CC is still considering applications.
  7. Congratulations, Sarah.b2024, and thank you for your response! Very exciting! Good luck to you!
  8. Sarah.b2024, have you been interviewed? If so, what kind of interviews were they? Thank you!
  9. I haven't heard anything as well
  10. Thank you for your response, nursinghopeful03! I hope the interview will go well for you! I also applied to CC internship on July 6th but haven't heard back from the HR. I am moving to Dallas mid of August which I specified in my resume. Have you already had your TX RN license when you applied? I am working on getting one now although I did not have any at the time of application. I passed the NCLEX and updated my resume recently, hopefully this will help trigger their attention to me :-)
  11. Did anyone hear anything from HR about the GN Internship that starts in Fall 2016? I am curious how quickly they get back to the applicants after you applied.
  12. Those who had interviews for the Fall program, do you currently live in Dallas, TX? I am moving there in August. I applied but have not heard anything back yet. Nada. I wonder how they review applications.
  13. Has anyone heard anything about the interviews for October Residency program? I know their onsite interviews are supposed to be July 11 and 12. I am moving to TX in August and was wondering if they do any skype interviews with people like me.
