KateFF has 19 years experience and specializes in Cardiology, Hospice HPNA member.

I have been a nurse since graduating Lake Washington Tech in Kirkland,WA in 1996. I moved back to Houston. As an LPN/LVN I have worked in Med-Surg, Pedi, Tele, IMCU, PCU, CCU, ER, IVT, and Hospice. I have done a lot of cardiology nursing. One thing I love about nursing is, there are always other doors, areas of nursing always something new. As an LVN I've had he unique experience of being places not all LVN's go. I am very happy to be back in Hospice, it's a area that you feel that you made a difference each day. Can't find that everywhere. I'm planning to go back and finish my BSN next year.

    Bellevue has many places to live, Kirkland is close too and nice bus times have changed in the past few years but you can usually get a bus to and from most places in the Seattle area. If you live in the city it can be expensive but fun
