  1. Well, I know that. Even if I wasn't 17, or even if I was. I sure wouldn't say "oh the resident/ patient needs to be transfered this way." Exspeally with no training in involved. Now I would tell, who ever I am working with what my suggestion would be. And if person said nope. Then I would ask why. And what is actually the right way to actually transfer the particular resident/patient.
  2. Sorry long post... But needed to be very specific. Cause if I'm not it irritates me. Lol
  3. Ok. Well I got my cna license in MO. Well we moved to NV. Moved cause hubby family needed someone to care for hubby grandma, and his mother and aunt couldn't do it. 1. Cause have their own lives. 2. Because I am/was certified to care for her. (No longer able to care for her cause she is in MO. But also because I can't do the care she needs now.)I know what I need to do to transfer license over. But I really want to get back into working so bad! Lol. Been in NV since beginning of April. So kinda going nuts! Lol but anyways. I have applied at a ton of LTC,hospitals, and even home health( even though have never done home health by "company" standards. But not sure if can put on application or resume?) but really want to. But also because I am feeling desperate to get back into the career I really really love doing. (Even on days of extreme stress and even consider quitting). Any idea who here in NV will even actually hire someone who hasn't had a chance to transfer license?!?! And as far as quitting the career. I basically did. And guess what?! I want to go back!!!!! Lol
