Who do I talk to about reviewing my transcripts. It says they received my transcripts, I wanna make sure they take all my classes.

I am still awaiting my transcripts to be processed in hopes of January 2021 LPRN-BSN online start... Has anyone started the fall/Aug. 2020 class yet? I was interested in how it is going.
