I did and the initial call post-reference submission was about the pay and benefits four days later (8/11). Ever since then, the nurse manager weent on sick leave, returned and the recruiter is “waiting on the okay to email me the official job offer”. I did not know unofficial job offers exist LOL

I was told that I was offered the job but have not received an official email from the recruiter. I am a tad worried.

Good morning all, I know this is an old thread. I was called back with an informal offer and that my references were sent out to the interviewer but nothing else. I was interviewed on 8/2…asked for references on 8/8…and informally offered on 8/11. I am getting a bit nervous. Any tips?
