Hi VegGal! I hope your move to Nashville was with minimal difficulty! How has job hunting been? Were you able to find what you were looking for? I have actually been in a high acuity rehab facility the last 5 years. I really enjoy it. I have toyed with the idea to move to a hospital setting just for the experience but haven't pulled the trigger. I ideally would like to get my WCON but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it, and not be to my benefit if I am going to move. In my research it seems everyone and their mother is moving to Nashville, very popular place right now. Take care!

HI VegGal, I'm going to piggy-back on your thread ? I have been trying to get an idea what an RN's pay rate is. I'm planning on moving from WA to Nashville within the next 3 years, so I know I'm going take a pay cut but I would like to plan for how much. Have you had any luck getting an offer you feel was more appropriate?
