  1. Did anyone get in with gpa below a 2.5 cumulative ?
  2. Was this after you took your HESI? They told you, that you were accepted ? And congratulations !!
  3. how long after your interview and hesiA2 test, did you get your acceptance letter?
  4. Okay thank you! Another question is I understand the program is 18 months (six quarters), does anyone know if that is 18 months continuous or do we get a summer break?
  5. Are any of you guys going to be in the ADN program? Also, any tips on the HESI?
  6. "Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale or better in all prerequisite courses required. " is this stating 2.5 cumulative gpa? or both 2.5 per prerequsites and cumulative ?
  7. Thank you so much for your amazing story!!! What school did you go to which you think may be the exception? I will at least try and see what I can do the most to get into this program. It won't hurt to try!
  8. For the prerequisites for the BSN program, are they wanting 2.5 per prereq grade minimum or cumulative 2.5? Do you know if they penalized for retakes of courses?
  9. Hi everyone, I have read all your guy's comments. I am applying for DSN for their ADN program. I wanted to know, if I taken statistics... will that qualify for the algebra requirement. And I also took AP2 last quarter and got a low gpa, and I will be retaking it during the summer. How will that effect my chances of getting an interview? I know they still consider applicants even though all classes have not been taken, but will that reduce my chances if I am retaking a course that I did not do so good in?
  10. I plan on taking the teas test in August... So that I can have time to study and be very prepared taking it the first time this year. I am open to any ADN or BSN programs and willing to relocate as well.
  11. Would you be able to provide me a list the schools in Texas as well? I try to DM personally but there was not options to let me do so. Much appreciated in advance!
  12. So I was looking at their admission and my gpa for this schools meets criteria at a 3.0. Thank you so much for sharing this. So as long as there enough applicants who apply and not over amount of applications I would be guaranteed admissions into their ADN program? I will be applying for the spring 2017 year.
  13. As of right now my nursing prerequisite is at a 2.9gpa and I am retaking AP2 which will dramatically help me gpa once if I receive a 3.0 or better. But I definitely have been doing my research. What school were talking about that allowed you to get into with a minimum gpa of 2.5 as long as they had room. And I mean I am open to out of states school, because I would like to get into a program by fall 2017, and I do not mind the out of state tutuition. I have been saving for this reason as well.
  14. So my school and work life is pretty hectic. With financial obligations and putting myself through school on my own is difficult and very time consuming. I do not have the best grades possible but all my prereqs are all above a 2.0. I am retaking AP2 though to get a higher grade because I didn't do my best and I am currently taking microbiology. Please help!!! I am open to out of state schools, community colleges, private universities and public universities. I know when I get accepted to a nursing program either ADN or BSN I will put my 100% and will not be working as much. I already have taken an extra year towards my AA in pre nursing and feel like I am behind and not caught up for being 21 years old. I had all these plans and time frames I wanted to get done. But all that matters now for me is just getting it done and being accepted into a program and I don't care how long it takes me. I just want to become a RN and start working. I am so passionate about this field and I am also working as a CNA to gain even more experience in this field. Please recommend schools and even share your stories. Please and thank you!
