  1. I got a 99% chance passing the NCLEX..Our ATI comp predictor was used as or Med/Surg final. It was worth 15% of the overall grade. With my grades I only needed 20% to graduate so I didn't study much but what I did do was sooo helpful and every bit was on the test. I used the Saunders NCLEX and the ATI comp review book. Go back to fundamentals and brush up if you have forgotten anything. Know different positions after surgeries and LAB VALUES! None of us had ABGs though. Know which drugs to avoid grapefruit and no tyramine with MAOIs. Digoxin, lithium levels also. Both times I used the NCLEX book for finals I did well. So I would buy it orsee if an instructor has it that you can borrow.
  2. I finished mine in 5 semesters BUT I scored so low on the math portion of my compass that I had to start at MAT55 then progress through 65, 85, then the 150 which was the only one I had to have for the program, I just had to work my way up to it. And my last semester before starting the program was also only for 1 class. My advisor also had me doing like 3 classes I didn't even need for the ADN program. If you don't need the supplemental math then you should certainly be able to do you prereq's in that time. I will have 4 1/2 years in my ADN!!
