Good luck everyone! I'm in the junior class and can't wait to meet the new cohort. Last year I received my decision e-mail on March 21st. I'm not sure how many people were on the alternate list, but nobody from that list got in (ie: nobody who was accepted to SSU chose to go anywhere else). The members of our cohort have really varied backgrounds, and we are definitely not all 4.0 students, so don't despair if you are a nontraditional student, or don't have straight A's. I just got my lottery number in an e-mail and an invitation to take the TEAS. I'm #24 out of a total 166, but I'm declining because I've already accepted admission somewhere else. TEAS exam dates are May 11 and 13, and the top 85 in the lottery will be invited to take it on campus. Good luck everyone!

Looking at the message board from last year people were getting their lottery numbers around April 14th, and hearing about acceptance the first week of May. It will be nice when we have our lottery numbers, at least then we'll have some idea. It's getting closer!

Hello! I submitted my application to COM a few weeks ago. I have also applied to SRJC and am completing my application to SSU after taking the TEAS last week. I'm only applying to those three because I can't move due my husband's job and really don't want to commute for nursing school. This is my first (and hopefully only) year applying. Good luck everyone!
