Did you also receive confirmation that they received your decline status? I hope you guys are able to get into a Nursing program this round! It was nice interacting with you guys during the stressful waiting process!

Hello Kianacat! It looks like we applied to similar nursing programs! (I'm in the College of Marin thread too ?). I contacted them yesterday to ask when they were planning to release acceptance notifications, and it seems that we will know for sure by the end of June. ☹️ Their website says we should know by June 15. The application itself says, "Applicants will be notified via email of the status of their application by June 30, 2022." But a staff member from the health sciences department told me that we'd hear from them in mid-June. I really don't know why they take so long to select their applicants if it's lottery-based. It's not like they're looking at each applicant's statics carefully like other colleges that use the multi-criteria system.

I suggest you make the drug screening appointment asap. Who knows, if you have the same deadline as me to complete everything (June), then you may also have the same deadline as me to complete the drug screening (this Friday). I’m not sure, I’m just assuming.?‍♀️

So I selected the package and during the process, it had me select the closest laboratory to me and then I paid. Afterwards, I received an email of my receipt and a separate email that I will need to show to the laboratory. I have till this Friday to complete (the 20th). Otherwise, the order expires and I don’t know what that can mean.

That’s so great to hear, I’m so happy for you! I hope more of you begin receiving your acceptance letters! I didn’t get any confirmation either. I scheduled my drug screening already since the letter said I had to complete everything by June. Did you get a different deadline?

A petition form just indicates if courses I’ve taken at other colleges are approved by College of Marin. I’ve taken most of my courses at SRJC. Based on previous threads, when these forms are sent to transfer students such as myself, acceptance letters can come any day now. That’s my understanding from what I’ve read on previous threads. Please anyone correct me if I’m wrong. I just checked my physical mail right now.

Just got my petition form by mail today. This can only mean that acceptance letters may be released any day now, oh my god I’m so nervous! Good luck everyone!

I got selected as an alternate and will be contacted if there is room for me so I’m a bit bumped out. ? But hey, I applied to Santa Rosa Junior College and College of Marin so there is still some hope for me to go somewhere, hopefully. Huge congratulations on your acceptance again!
