Failed NCLEX RN twice could use advice for third try
Kaplan was good I did both the online class and after I failed the first time I did the in class class. There formula helps you slow down and analyze every question but they are expensive. Not enough SATA questions or really a good strategy to answer them. They are similar to the nclex though and are really good if you have a grasp of the content. i was trying uworld and they have much better explanations with a lot more information.

Failed NCLEX RN twice could use advice for third try
I heard that Hurst is really good with content I'd it just the book or do I take a class. Is there a 2015 version of the book I can't seem to find one.

Failed NCLEX for the fourth time. HELP!!!!
@nurse826 could I have more information on the eight week ncsbn learning extension. i took the exam twice and both times went 265 questions. What I need to make me successful is to memorize content. All the things they where asking me about where familiar to me but I did not have enough detail on each thing to make a correct critical thinking decision. For example I knew about ABG and lab value ranges but what would I do to correct anything that was outh of range. That is what my downfall was maybe that will help you know what to study.

Failed NCLEX RN twice could use advice for third try
Hello, I went 265 questions both times (first attempt November 2015 last attempt two weeks ago) and while I improved on my second try it wasn't enough. I used Kaplan both times and scored ok on the tests and exhausted all the questions. While they are good on questions they lack teaching content. I got the Kaplan book but it seems very vague to me. what I really need help with is content, when I took the nclex the second time I didn't recognize any of the drugs on the test. I was looking at exam cram or lipenkots (sorry for spelling) to get the content and was looking for a recomendation. For question practice I was going to do uworld or nclex mastery and could use a recomendation on this as well. I really want to pass this hurdle and become a nurse, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Max
