lauralynn12 has 30 years experience and specializes in Geriatrics.

I began my career in LTC as a CNA. I then went on to get my LPN degree and worked as a LPN in LTC for several years before going on for my RN degree. At some point I furthered my career by becoming a LNC. I have over 30 years in LTC experience from floor nurse to unit manager to MDS to ADON to DON. I have experience in the home health as well as acute care arena, but LTC is my passion and always what I gravitate back to.
