  3. Hi wonderful Nurses! this is my 1st time posting here, soo here we go! I am facing a dilemma and would love some advice/ wisdom from experienced nurses. so i graduated in december 2015 and passed the boards january 2016. i live in Massachusetts just fyi. i have been looking for a job nonstop since january and finally got LTC and psych offer same time. interviewed for both and facing a dilemma which one to accept. keep in mind i have no RN experience, do have some aide experience though. I am kind of leaning towards the psych job because its full-time with many benefits and the pay is very good, however i am scared if i get pigeonholed into psych and never find a way out :/ but then again the LTC is very busy 26-30 residents only one RN ( so i'll be the only RN on the unit and 3 aides) and so much medicare charting! and the pay really sucks :/ plus its only part-time so what I am making will not cover even my bills. don't know what to do, HALPPP!!
