  1. The offer is ok. Mayo is 34.00 or so with 1 year. Abrazo is also a for-profit institution. I have found their facilities to be kind of awful and would never want to be a patient in any of their critical care units if I could help it. So I would keep interviewing - terrible hospitals. Your net pay depends on too many variables (health insurance, 401K, etc.) do give you any meaningful numbers.

    Ex-PACU RN here (3 years). Great job. I was similar in that I was a relatively new Grad in PACU. But I switched to PACU after working 10 months as an ICU nurse (4 of those months doing intensive orientation). Since I switched hospitals, my new unit literally bent some rules hiring me
