I don't but I talked to the lady at tulsa campus yesterday and she said they're doing it may 27th.

Does anyone know anything about scholarships? I've always got grants and now I lost them because my husband makes too much

No it wasn't different at all. I go to Tulsa community college right now and we use the online platform called blackboard and they use the same thing so it was super easy for me. There's no app fee. It was $480 total. And 3 credit hours. The professor is actually from Oklahoma. It's completely online. And self paced so you only have one due date for everything at the very end. It's a 12 week course but I finished it in less than that.

That's the good thing about the university of arkansas class. You don't have to be accepted. It's just a class by class thing.

It's a class about Native American Indians. You don't actually have to apply to UARK to take the class. You just have to fax in one piece of paper requesting a position in the class and your in as long as they have a spot. You do have to send your transcript over to OU but it's not a hassle. The reason the advisor suggested it is because it's cheap only like $400 total and you don't have to be acxepted. I did all my prerequisites at a community college so my school didn't have the option of 3000 or 4000 level courses.

Oh and it's completely online.

I'm taking ANTH 3213 at the university of arkansas. It's what the tulsa campus suggested. It's got busy work but it's completely self paced. I've found it to be pretty easy. I'm almost done with it and I have like a 99% lol.

I just got my email!! I got in to the Tulsa campus !!!! Woo hooo!!! What about you guys?!

Oh and also at the nursing sneak peak, they said that they had already brought 12 people from the waiting list on for the accelerated BSN program that had started like 2 or 3 months earlier. And she said that it was pretty typical for them to get that far down there waitlost. So if one of us get wait listed we still have a fighting chance to get in :)

Yeah, it's like 1 in 3 odds which aren't too bad as long as you have a good GPA. I have a 4.0 but I'm coming from a community college and I still have 15 hours to complete at the time I submitted my application which are both things you get counted down on so we'll see. I hope they let us know this week. I'm going crazyyyyy!

They said at the sneak peak 129 people applied to tulsa and 40 will get accepted. Idk about the other campuses though.

Omg! The wait is going to drive me crazy! I really thought we would hear something this week. Waiting 2 weeks seems like eternity!

I agree! It's driving me nuts knowing the decision is already made and I just don't know what it is!!

I really enjoyed the seek peek! I felt like they were really honest and it was nice getting to talk to current students. I was really worried that each semester it would get harder and harder because your taking more advanced courses but the girls all said that the first semester is the hardest so that makes me optimistic. If we can make it through the first semester, then we can make it through the whole thing! :)

I applied only to the Tulsa location because I can't move because of hubby's job! I'm so anxious too for letters!! I'm going to the sneak peek tonight too, btw.
