NHCC fall 2016...Does anyone know what is in the "nursing lab kit" that is required through the bookstore at NHCC? How about the 12 bundle pack of books as well? They don't list what is actually in the packs/bundles. Thank you!!

If anyone needs evening hours, check out Minneapolis Community Technical College. They have a few options.

This might have to take some strategic planning! I am not in the medical field, but I have a great paying job. My plan was to not take out loans, but as a single mom this may have to change.

Is there anyone else who wanted/needed the evening and weekend program at NHCC? White-Rose mentioned they are not continuing with this option, and I believe she is right. The only option will be days for any new nursing students. What will your plans be? I am kind of ill from this knowing that I can not continue working during the day at my present job and lose my health insurance. I guess options of applying to any college/university have opened up for those who needed a evening program, because this was the only one.

I did not hear that about the evening/weekend program. Did the advisor say it was only for fall 2016? For instance, If I were to be accepted into fall 2016, would I have the option of eve/weekend spring 2017? I wonder what happens to the spring 2016 students that are already in that option.

I have read that some colleges let the applicant know their wait list number. NHCC did not, does anyone know if they will give this information over the phone?

For NHCC...How does the placement work for days/evenings? Do they take the highest scores and give them the preference first? For instance, If you have a lower score and need the evening program, you may get offered only a day spot if that is all that is left (or vice versa).

Reconsider list for NHCC with an 11.27.
