I work in a neuro step-down unit. We're lucky if we only have 5 pts, a lot of the time we get 6 pts and if we have a discharge we get one admission right away. I've been there for a year and I'm ready to quit but I'm scared I g won't get hired anywhere else because I've only been there for a year.

Hello, I was schedule to take the Nclex two weeks ago but I never noticed a misspelling on my last name so it didn't match my ID and I wasn't able to test. I had to reapply and now I'm currently waiting for my att number again. I reapplied the next day I was supposed to test. My GN permit expires March 10th, I called today to check on the status of my application and they told me that I should get it March 7th! I have a job already and I love it, I'm afraid I will have to quit or they'll fire me. What should I do?? Any tips/ideas?? Thank you!
