  1. No, they do not add to your GPA. It is a point system on an excel spreadsheet. It used to be on the website but it seems to not be anymore. If you make an appointment with an advisor, they can give you some great information.
  2. Hello. It is definitely worth it to take the classes at TWU because you get 20+ points that transfer students don't get. I did not, but I made sure I applied with a 4.0 in my nursing core classes and with a high TEAS score (92 composite). As long as you are applying with competitive scores then you can get in without doing pre-requisites at TWU.
  3. Search TWU weekend/evening class of 2019
  4. I requested to join on Facebook. I'm so excited!
  5. I think just weekend/evening since we will be such a small group and will also be attending classes/clinicals at different times.
  6. I've been accepted to the Weekend/Evening program! Nursing Core GPA: 4.0 Teas: 92 Points: 56.73 No TWU Bump No Previous Bachelor's I am so excited and I cannot wait to meet all of you!
  7. I plan on calling my twin sister first to let her know because she is my inspiration and she is a pediatric trauma nurse. Then I'll let my daughter know and then the rest of the family. I'm in Greenville, SC on a work trip right now so if I get in I'll be celebrating with co-workers tonight.
  8. Hello Stew. It looks like you have a pretty good shot of getting in. Good luck! I was able to find immunization information at the below link. I hope this helps. Immunization Compliance - Student Health Services - Texas Woman's University
  9. We have pretty much the same stats and I'm applying to the same program! My points are 56.73! Hope to see you there!
  10. They are working this week and still not done processing applications.
  11. Correct. Their application was processed last week. If the last person who's application is processed has issues, they have to give that person five days to respond as well. The five day email is only sent at the time of processing an individual application if TWU needs further information for that applicant. They are not done processing applications though. I hope I was able to clarify my previous statement.
  12. I called two days ago. They still are not done processing the applications. Once they are done processing the application, they have to give anyone with issues five days to respond. So, I'm assuming that since we have not heard anything, they did not finish processing this week and we will most likely be waiting to hear back until 3/31. They told me it will definitely be after Spring Break (this week) and before the end of the month.
  13. I will be working full-time.
  14. There is another post with the same title as this one and TWU Admin posted there last week. I hope this helps you guys.
