    Good Afternoon! So I'm graduating this May and I have been applying to my local hospitals. One in particular caught my attention because it is a magnet hospital. I applied on 02/10. My application status changed to "Your application is under review" on 02/11. I haven't heard anything back yet so I'm not sure what to think. Am I being too impatient or is this a bad sign? Thanks!
