  1. Hello Everyone! Hope everything is going great and good luck to those who applied! I took my HESI last week and got a 85.7%!! but my math was a 78%!! ahh so I missed the cut off by 2 points. Therefore I turned in my BC app but couldn't turn in my PBSC. If I dont get into BC, ill be applying for Fall 2017. I know what I did wrong on my math so ill be taking it again and hopefully will crush that 80% minimum!
  2. And also did the nursing application open yet? if not. do you know when it will?
  3. whats the name of the facebook group? im only finding current nursing class groups
  4. Oh yea your in good hands! I'm sure you will get accepted into at least one of them!!
  5. Nope, I haven't called. I'm going to call Monday and see if my app was even completed since I'm out of state it's kinda hard. Other schools- broward college and Barry university for now.
  6. I'm not sure if anyone received emails today. I haven't received an email also. I heard they have 3 rounds of acceptances so I'm going to apply to other places, just in case I never get an email.
  7. From the paperwork I've seen. Generic PT takes about 3 years. 9 semesters
  8. So far no one has gotten any acceptance letters!! And i applied for generic FT
  9. Oh gosh. Yes the pressure is on!! I hope we hear something the first week of June at least for the first rounds
  10. Like the AP section. It had questions that were not in the book. pertaining to reactions, orgo etc.
  11. There is one more. Here is the link https://allnurses.com/online-nursing-schools/miami-dade-college-1032852-page2.html
  12. I am a 2nd degree applicant. So im not sure what my science gpa was but my overall gpa was a 3.4. I received a 78% on my hesi exam that I took back in January. I also used the recommended HESI study guide, everything prepared me except for the A&P and Chem parts. I should of reviewed my class notes for those. I applied for FT and PT generic option. Since the deadline is May 1st, I am hearing that they send out acceptances in early June!
  13. I'm soo mad that im just seeing your message! As you know by now there isn't a physics section on this HESI. So heads up to the people who havent taken it yet. I was going to apply to the accelerated also but I heard it was very hard and impossible to work during. So i applied to the other two instead. Im sure you did great on the HESI, please share when you return!
  14. It was either multiple choice or fill in the blank. Majority of the math was fill in and some multiple choice. Everything else was multiple choice the sciences, grammar, vocab.
  15. I am curious also. Do you guys have classes Monday thru Friday? 8am to 4pm? or is it every other day with clinicals? thank you
