I took AANP and passed and took ANCC a week later and also passed!! My NP school sucked really bad and literally taught me nothing, I only learned a lot through practicum and clinical hours.... a little about myself, I have 4 kids, also work full time as RN. Btw as an RN I only do chart reviews, I have never worked on the floor and have been an RN for 4 years. When I graduated I literally only used the LEIK book and I also attended her live review. I took very good notes during her review and made sure to pay attention when she would say “heads up”. I studied on and off about 5 months before actually taking my exam. I would study for 3 week straight then take 1 week off. My last 3 weeks I probably studied 8-12 hours a day depending about 5 days a week (I ended up going part time for work so I would have more time to study). Once I passed AANP, I was not so nervous taking ANCC of course bc I still had the AANP certification, so after AANP I did not study the whole week leading up to my ANCC. The test was very straight forward, I do feel the ANCC questions were a lot trickier. AANP was more straight forward. And the only reason I scheduled 2 exams was bc I was scared I would fail and have to Wait weeks to re-register.

I PASSED! PVT freakin works!...

Congrats!!! Tomorrow is Sunday and I took it on a Friday, I was told I can only get quick results in 48 BUSINESS DAYS, so I probably won't be able to get it tomorrow, but I tried the PVT twice today and got the same good pop up. So I'm waiting :-/

I'm praying and hoping the PVT is still alive!!!

So took my nclex RN for the second time today, first time I FAILED at 265 questions, got home and tried the PVT, and got message that pops up about a "Hold" I tested on a saturday, and by Monday evening, tried the PVT again and "it took my money". Well it didnt really take my money because every time I used my credit card I put the wrong expiration year so it wouldnt charge. Waited exactly 45 days for my new ATT and tested on day 47. Took the test this morning at 8AM and this time I RAN OUT OF TIME. I took a break every time it asked me to take a break, did some stretches in the hall, used the bathroom here and there even though I didnt have to pee.... This time it stopped at 207, 25 SATA (I was marking it on my dry erase board). 1 math. couple exhibit questions. Left the test center at 2. I tried the PVT twice and got the pop up that says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." (It is now, 3:50PM, btw) so anyways....I'm patiently waiting

Oh and if you got the good pop up. You probably passed!! The good pop up Always works

I took it also on Saturday and ended with 265. However mine has been saying "hold" since last night. I had a classmate in my class pass with 265. When you get to 265 there is still a chance is what I keep being told. So don't give up and PRAY PRAY PRAY!!!

I took mine this Saturday, however I did the PVT and got the "hold" message. Tried it again today, still getting the "hold" message
