  1. Weigh the pros and cons of working there. If the pros outweigh the cons, then stay as far away from her as possible. If the cons outweigh it, continue staying there, and maybe search for a similar type of job somewhere else. You don't want to be miserable at your work... however remember it's work. I'm not sure about where you live but where I live the economy still is HORRIBLE and finding a job is very hard (almost impossible really haha).
  2. thank you SO much for the list of ADN schools. The area I live in now offers an ADN program, for some reason I didn't think about looking into ADN programs in SoCal. Thank you for the advice!

  4. How about LVN then go for LVN to RN?
  5. Hello everyone, Sorry if this isn't the correct place to place questions (I'm new here) but I really needed some guidance. I am currently in Pre-Nursing and will be finishing my FINAL pre-req soon. I already have a degree, Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, and am looking into schools with ASBSN programs like CSU-Stanislaus and CSU-Northridge. HOWEVER, I would prefer the traditional route more, but am lost in finding a school that would accept second degree students. For example Stanislaus will not allow me to apply as a "normal" nursing student, I can only apply for the ASBSN program. I really want to stay in California, specifically in Southern California Los Angeles area. Could you point out some good colleges/universities that offer RN programs? I've been doing some research but am only coming across pages for LVN to RN programs for some reason. Thank you in advance:cat:
