  1. Hello, I have also applied to AVC ADN program for Fall 2018. I have not heard anything from them yet. I have called them to find out when will the acceptance letters be mailed to us, they said they don't know. Hence, I really do not know when should we expect any decision to be made. Does anyone have any information that they can share? I know they the program is a point system, and I do not believe they don't have a waiting list for generic option ADN.
  2. Hell, Did everyone in here receive a mail with the decision letter? I live in LA and still have not received anything just yet. I have emailed the nursing department and still waiting for the response, I was just wondering if there is anyone else in the same boat as me. Congrats to those who got in :)
  3. Hey Guys, so, I also have received an email stating that I am an "alternative" even though I believe I had close to 90, points. I did fincally got a hold of PCC. They told me that there are alot of people of an Alternative list and it is very compatative. She also told me that I could reaply for the next semester and they do require TEAS 6 with a 62 % or higher as a passing score regardless if you have a BS degree or not.

Does anyone know where can I take a written ( pen and paper) TEAS 6 exam, instead of computerized version? The only school that I know of is Pierce College, but their registration date is closed now. Thank you,

  6. I have done the same thing. Recently, I dropped of my official transcript with a complete classes that were in progress. I have not heard anything from them yet. I called them, and they said "if there is anything missing , they will contact you ", but no conformation emails were sent to me either
  7. I live close by,so I drop my transcripts off to them. If it says in you csun portal that they are still missing your transcripts this could be because: 1. if you mailed your transcripts to Nursing department , it will take them couple of month before they will share your transcripts with Admission department . Admission department are they one who posts information on your mission document in you csun portal. 2. But if you mailed your transcripts to Admissions, than it will take some time until they will enter these transcripts into the system. ( it took them about 3 weeks, until they entered mine). Nursing and admission departments are separated and it takes them a while to share information such as transcripts with each other.
  8. After speaking with you yesterday, I got an email from CSUN stating that they have received my application. :)
  9. I have receive an email from CSUN admission department about 2 month ago, stating that my application has been submitted and I have been admitted to CSUN . BUt I have not heard anything from Nursing department yet.
