since my case got completed last 2005, i was not asked to to update my DS-230 again. i just brought along with me the current required documents they asked me to bring.

pd May 26, 2005 received P4 FEb. 16, 2011 interview date March 24, 2011 received our visas March 30, 2011

finally!!the wait is over...our 5 yr journey has ended..... just received our visas today...thank you everybody!!!

yup, documentarily qualified since may 08

callled up nvc last night and spoke to an operator...she told me that their are no more visas available..i dont know what it means..maybe for november visas are already used up..jst waiting for the next pd to come out... pd may 2005

my pd is may 26 , 2005.. my question is, am i included in the november visa bulletin or not eventhough the november vb says may 1, 2005? pls enlighten me....thanks

to suzanne or lawrence01, i have passed already all the required exams except the nclex, my agency said that its ok for me to take the nclex exam at the us, my application for the exam is being processed already..by the way im applying in new york and my papers were approved already by the uscis...my question is, will it matter during the interview? do they really ask for my nclex.

Is this true that CGFNS will be phased out starting next year? instead of cgfns exam, nclex will be required..

hi to everyone, i would like to know 2006 if there will be another retrogression this coming oct 2006? is this true? how long do i have to wait for my approval? they have received my RFE last jan. 27 2006 and still no approval. how many months do i still have to wait? I am worried that the retrogression will catch up on me..about ds-230, how long do this kind of processing will last?do this kind of processing needs the approval b4 ds-230 can be processed or not? pls. guide me accordingly... :o

after i sent my additional evidence i heard that i have to wait for another 2-3 months to get an approval? is this true? is this usually the the time frame(2-3 months) after i gave my additional evidence to get an approval?
