I am a military spouse who recently relocated to Virginia Beach. I have three years ICU experience and I have been offered a job through Loyal Source Government Staffing as a civilian contract nurse working in the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center ICU. I understand the difference between working for a government contract company, and working for the actual government, however I have a few other questions. My questions are: 1. Does anyone have personal experience working for Loyal Source? If so, could you share any pros and cons please? 2. Does anyone have any AD or GS experience working along side government contract company employees? The offer sounds really great, I am just wondering is it too good to be true? Do contract company employees just fill in shifts wherever needed or is it truly equal as described to me? Any input would really be appreciated.

I applied for my license by endorsement in October and I still have not received it. Each time I try to call the VA BON I am placed on hold for 30+ minutes and can never get through to anyone.
