  1. Last minute as far as changing the clinical location a week before it starts which wasn't too bad. I did the bridge online program and worked full time. I started in Jan 2016. Was 6 months pregnant had my baby during the two week break we had before the next semester started. So the program was excaxtly 3 semesters. I did not take a break
  2. Everyone experience is different. My experience wasn't the greatest as far as last minute schedule changing and clinicals but I had awesome professors. At the end it was all worth it. I completed the program in December 2016
  3. The program is going well. It's not easy but if you apply yourself you can do it
  4. This has not happened to us. The patients are usually discharged the next day so that would be pointless. Clinicals are going smooth. We have care plans but that's about as far as paperwork.
  5. I borrowed most of my books from a friend who did her RN. It's best to rent as many books as you can because they are expensive. As far as rolling book bags. No one in my class have one. There is really limited space to put your personal items when you go to clinicals.
  6. The semester is going well so far. It's a lot of work but it's doable. I'm still able to work a full time job complete my assignments and go to clinicals. My best advice is to be organized and log on atleast 3 times a day because the professor will send important messages.
  7. Hello. It there anyone out there taking RN bridge online at MDC? If so have you received your syllabus? Thanks in advance!
  8. New to this group. Is there anyone that's starting the transitional program online?
