  1. $3,000 a week?! Holy cow...get me the number to that agency lol
  2. I've done 7 assignments with Prestige Travel Nursing out of Indiana...they are great!
  3. Hey! I'm on my 2nd assignment in Los Angeles and bringing home about $2,050 weekly...how does this compare with everyone else? I have been a travel nurse for a little over a year and had 1.5 years on a MS/Tele floor before that. I am contracted in MS/Tele currently. I think my pay is pretty competitive, but then I've heard of others making quite a bit more than that in the same specialty. Thanks!
  4. I have been a travel nurse since 10/2014. I did three 13 week assignments in Chicago and lived with close friends (originally from MI used to live in Chicago). I moved to Los Angeles in my Ford Fiesta with whatever would fit in it in August, and have been living in AirBnbs. I move about every 10 days, depending on my work schedule. I keep some things at my mom's house in MI. I've loved it so far...had a couple issues here and there with the nomad life, but nothing significant.
  5. That should be totally fine...I started travel nursing with 16 months experience in Med/Surg Tele.
