Hi Benet, so I called the NMC and they instructed me to contact them via email and request the forms just as you did. I have emailed them 4 times and filed 3 complaints and am still getting the run around! So frustrating I was wondering if you would be willing to forward the forms to accompany transcripts to me so I can start my process. I have been at this for over a month and just received an email saying it may take them up to 20 business days from today to respond to me. Any help would be much appreciated. I took the Adult CBT and It was pretty easy, just think in terms of public safety. Also know diabetic care infection control, etc,. A lot of elderly care questions. personally, I did not go through all the blue prints as suggested, there are tons! I just signed up with http://www.nmcprep.com and did practice tests. now the dilemma is my application. If any paperwork is wrong it will automatically delay my application 3 months, I don't understand how I can avoid this if their own website is ineffecient and can't provide the documents they want us to use

Hello everyone, I am currently trying to get my paperwork gathered for my application as I passed the CBT test and I am getting an error 500 message when I try to download their form for qualifications for my second qualification and so on. is anyone else encountering this problem? has anyone found a solution?

Hi Benet, I too have encountered the same issue. I have tried multiple approaches to make the link open yet have been unsuccessful. I have consulted with two tech savvy friends, one being a graphic designer, the other a computer programmer for Dell, and neither were successful. My computer programmer friend was able to give me insight on the issue. He informed me that they are using JavaScript which is being phased out many places due to not being up to date with technology. He had me download JavaScript to see if it would work but it didn't. he also advised me to not use google chrome because the two are incompatible. A lot of the details he was explaining went over my head, but he concluded that it is an error on the NMC's end. prior to consulting him I called the NMC and they suggested to try a different browser because the browser I was using probably didn't support the document. I tried internet explorer, opera, firefox, and google chrome. They also suggest to take a print screen and email the NMC at [email protected] with the subject urgent and explain this issue with the print screen attached. I believe I emailed them two nights ago, still waiting on a response, which is usually a week turn around time from forums I have read. So, when I do get a response, I will probably go into further detail on what my friend told me. I was told by my recruiter that if I use the transcript form from qualification 1 for my additional qualifications it will delay my application by minimum 3 months, so im trying to avoid that Let me know if you have had any contact with the NMC and any progress you have made.
