  1. Take your time and don't compare yourself to others. Speed is not the key right now. Make a routine of how the skill should be performed and stick with that routine. It will become second nature the more you perform that skill.
  2. My suggestion would be for you to ask one of the coders in your facility to help you compile a sheet of frequently used ICD-10 codes for you to keep handy. This is what we do in our office, and it is very helpful!
