  1. I know this is late but hopefully will help someone else. In nj in my adult day care facility the one LPN we have started at 18/hr and the RNs start at 23-25/hr
  2. I took the NCLEX in March, I didn't do uworld questions but have heard that NCLEX questions are extremely similar. I used hurst online review which I paid for and was mostly helpful. I also used an app called NCLEX-RN on my phone which I really liked. I passed NCLEX in 75 questions, but when I took it I definitely felt like I knew absolutely nothing and was sure I had failed. When I took it, i had mostly select all that apply and prioritizing. I wish I would have focused more on infection precautions for specific illnesses while studying. Hope this helps.
