  1. Merytrer, I worked with the person that was doing vetpro by staying on top of those that the letters were sent out to. I actually had to go to my current jobs HR and find out what the hold up was. My current job was the place that took 3 weeks to fax the information back. If they do not respond in a timely manager your vetpro rep. will reach out to them again. Just email your vetpro week once/week to see where you stand. The letter will not go to your manager it will go to HR and just verifies your employment dates that you put on your vetpro form. What va are you going to?
