CHOC Children's have a fellowship and residency programs. I 've applied for the NICU fellowship. Anybody got NICU interviews?... Good luck to all:)

Isn't nursing holistic by itself already?...Well, I did my little research and it is not worth the time and money. It promises a LOT more that it delivers, for what I've seen /heard. I am a RN, this is my main job. Also, an Ayurvedic Practitioner and LMT. These 2 last ones are my own private practice [holistic and 100% worth:)

Yes, indeed hard to find a NICU position. I have 7 years experience taking care of adults [med-surge, icu]. I am in FL and there is no hospital that would take you for NICU without 1-2 years experience. I have applied to 4 different ones and is very discouraging. what should I do???....I got a CA license an I apply to 2 children's hospitals...I am waiting now, I will keep trying. I always wanted to do NICU, but my job opportunities showed up in adult settings and I took them. For better or worst...:)
