Hi Cynthiaf13 Congrats on getting accepted:) I don't know of any specific apartments in Hayward but hopefully you find one:) If you can't find something in Hayward, you may want to look into Castro Valley, it's right next to Hayward so you would still be very close by. I'm from this area if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
