Yes 3 years! But the less you are going to find is 2 years! And you don't necessary have to stay in the same floor. You can go to another floor during those three long years. Best of all they pay for your classes! Tuition reimbursement!

I have been trying to find a job without luck for about 4 months now. StaRN program is good also but no better that Jackson. Even the pay and the benefits are better!

If I were you, I would accept the interview. Even if you don't like the offer, you get an idea about the questions! The program is one of the best program for new grad in Miami. Yes you have to sign a contract! But it is not bad at all. If you want to go some place else, employer like rns from Jackson. It is like have an open door for the future!
