I had a lady that was pregnant in my micro lab last semester and she did fine. The only thing that bothered her sometimes was the smell of the bacteria that we were working with. Her doctor gave her the OK to attend lab while pregnant since we weren't using anything that was too dangerous for her or the child. I would check with your doctor just to be sure though.

I wouldn't count myself out if I were you. I got into our program with a C in A&P 1, a B in A&P 2, along with a GPA of 3.35 and 86.3 on the HESI. It all depends on how competitive your school is to get in I suppose. Our program weighs the HESI test higher than anything else points wise and then considers everything else.

Is there any specific grade needed to get into your program? My school only requires a C or better in all prerequisites. I agree with the others though, I wouldn't retake it again if you have already gotten a C twice

My anatomy book with the access code was $348 but it also I came with a lab manual and a loose leaf muscle book.

I applied to one program and got in with a 3.5 and 89.3 HESI score. I guess it just depends on all of the other applicants and what their scores are. I know someone who got in with a 3.15 GPA and 83 HESI. We had 64 seats available and it is the only ADN program around.

I feel like I'm stalking my mail lady this wait is killing me! I know last year, the letters were sent out April 21 so hopefully it'll be any day now

I am in the same boat as you. Turned my application in today and got the email that everything was there so now we wait lol. Hopefully we hear something soon...I've been.impatiently waiting for what seems like forever! I'm hoping to get in at Middletown.
