Thanks for your reply! I got admitted to the program (BScN starting Fall 2016). It is so hard to find proper reviews online on the new redesigned collaborative program. Do you have more information on the program? Whether it's good or not, is there any CBL or was it removed, and overall student satisfaction?

Oh man! I seriously hope they lower the average then. Dont give up and work extra hard to boost your average. You're so close to hitting that 85% so inshallah you can do it!! Did you get into any other schools?

Inshallah it all works out! Nope not yet I am gonna apply tomorrow. I am applying for the double room in Lister centre because the advisor told me schaffer hall is usually reserved for year 2+ students. And because the double room is a bit cheaper

They should accept you. I am guessing they are still offering admission to students with 85%+ average and then they start looking at those below 85 by a bit and offer a conditional offer. You could try giving them a call and inquiring about this. Oh and btw, if they wanted to reject you they would have a while back because they rejected me at first. I think they're still trying to take a decision since your average is almost 85%. Inshallah you'll get in! Did you check your "official correspondence" and the "view comments" section on your bear tracks?

We do not have averages where I live, we have the "letter grade system" so I mostly got A's and 1 B. When I called them and asked why my application status hasn't been updated they told me that these few months they are extremely busy and are trying their best to reply to everyone. The advisor told me that the minimum average they're looking last wear was around 85% but this year it is expected to be 86%. What is your average? Trying sending Student Connect emails and asking about what is happening with your application.

That happened with me and after long email conversations and calls, I finally got admitted! Alhamdullilah! Anything new with you?

Ohh I meant I sent them an email, not called them. But if you want to call you can try the admissions office. I did call the admissions office before when i was starting my application and they were super helpful. Their number is 780-492-3113

My bear tracks said the same thing. I contacted the U and they informed me that the reason was because my grade 11 Math transcript they received was not official. So they requested I send the official transcript (it's different where I live, the math course I did is issued on a separate transcript that's why). They received my official transcript 2 days ago and they're now re-evaluating my application :/ Hopefully things work out. Did you try contacting them? You could ask if they would consider you with your grade 12 interim grades

Ohh that's great! I wanted to apply to BC so bad but none of the nursing programs accept international students there :/ U of A is my number 1 choice now so I am praying I get in! I am Palestinian but I live in the UAE! What about you? Your name sounds Arabic :)

Nope I am not from Canada... applied as an international student! Hmm I applied in mid-December I think, they still haven't accepted/rejected me, they're still requesting documents.. Don't worry you weren't late, the deadline is march 1st i think Are you from BC? Did you apply to nursing programs there?
