  1. Hey!! Not sure if anyone is still on this forum but I also received by acceptance on 3/12. I actually had to send them an email last week because I haven’t heard anything after I submitted my enrollment decision. Did you receive a follow up email @JulesOb?
  2. Hey. Best of luck on the interview!! Was the email from [email protected]? I’m so anxious.
  3. You get another chance if you don't pass the first time. It's more basic/general. Nothing too specific. You'll be fine. Just study the most common drugs used. Granted I didn't know everything that was on the test but I didn't find it to be that difficult.
  4. Yea it's a pharmacology exam that you take week 2 of orientation. They give you a site that'll help you study for the exam. It includes side effects, med math, contraindications, and some other stuff.
  5. Orientation has been going great. You do two weeks of classroom training and then you go to your unit. You'll get your schedule for those first two weeks emailed to you after you get cleared.
  6. Congratulations on the job offer!!! I felt like my process moved pretty quickly only because they wanted me to join the Dec. 4th orientation. I was offered the position on a Friday along with the link to add my references. I got the actual offer email the following Tuesday, which I accepted super fat haha. After that you'll get a bunch of emails with details on the onboarding process. I think that all of your references need to be in before they email you the offered letter to sign. Best of luck!!!
  7. Hi. Can you tell me how long the GNP/ANP program at Hunter is? Thanks.
  8. The school will cover us for liability insurance. I was told after I purchased a policy.....but I got my money back haha.
  9. It is for students in the accelerated program.
  10. Yea I got the same message. I'm sure they'll fix it tomorrow.
  11. No, I don't think so. As long as it meets all the requirements, you should be good. But I would just get black to be on the safe side lol.
  12. My CPR card says BLS Provider. The nursing department said that it should say Healthcare Provider but when I called my training site, they told me AHA called the look on the card and it will now say BLS Provider. I informed the nursing dept. Just waiting to hear back from them. Did you have any issues?
  13. Hey TheUnseenButSeeing, What shoes did you ended up buying? I know they can't be sneakers or crocs. Thanks
  14. I don't think you can defer you application. You'll have to reapply and take the HESI again, but don't quote me. Just wanted to share in case you weren't aware. Best of luck!
