Congrats to those accepted! I'm still hoping to be invited to an interview. Has anyone else applied that hasn't been asked for an interview yet?

After what seemed like an eternity, my Nursing Cas status finally changed to "verified." For those of you who are past this point, will I receive something from them now letting me know that my application has been sent to GRU?

I haven't been too worried but now that its "this" week, I have butterflies! Eeeekkk!!!

FYI: The area where you enter your essay is actually counting each character, not each word. I used the maximum words allowed. I think writing is one of my strengths so I tried to use the opportunity to show who I am. I carefully planned my word count but, when I copied the text it was over due to the difference between character/word count. I had to edit from that point. This info might help someone else who writes a longer piece. In my opinion, the essay is our chance to be genuine. I tried to do a good job and highlight my strengths. However, I also tried to show my personality and "be myself."

Hello! What was the time span between Nursing Cas sending your app to GRU and your receiving an interview invitation? Thanks so much. Having this space is really helpful.

I'm so glad I found this board! Its hard not to think about it constantly! lol Does anyone know if you are accepted at ATC if you can defer to the next semester? Also, from what I understand from another board, if you get asked for ran interview at GRU, that is a good sign. So, Im hoping I will know at least if Ive gotten an interview by the end of the year before the ATC semester begins.

Ive applied to GRU also. Waiting to hear from both. Hoping for GRU as my goal is to get a Masters but I think ATC is a very good program and if I go that route it will just take a bit longer. I too would plan on a bridge program after that. I hope I hear from GRU by December. I don't know what Im going to do if I get accepted into ATC for Jan. but still haventt heard from GRU. !!!

Got everything completed in Nursing CAS today. Now, just the wait. Fingers crossed.
