sample plan method: implementation of team huddles
hi. Im doing a research project on the implementation of huddles and its effect on decreasing patient injury and increasing nurses' perception of teamwork. What time of sampling plan would I create if I wanted to research shift huddles on a particular unit? Any inclusion/exclusion criteria to create? I figure, my sample plan may be a convenience plan of all the RNs on the unit? what else would I need to look at? Thanks.

info about becoming and being a navy nurse
Hi. i have a few questions on the process of becoming a navy nurse. My sister graduated last year May 2010 and got her RN license November 2010. However, after applying to several new grad programs, she hasn't been able to get a position. So my mom had suggested joining the navy. Are there marine RN positions? Anyways, here are my questions: if my sister is already has a BSN and an RN license, what steps would she take to join the military? Would my sister be based out of the country? are positions hospital based? or is leaving the country a MANDATORY requirement when working in the military? if she plans to stay the # of required years of being active, what does that mean? where would she work? thanks.
