I will be 31 at the start of school. I think the reason the people my age are doing the ASN is they have families to support. I personally cannot afford to spend the time to get the BSN before working as a RN. Where as the younger people don't have the same amount of bills and can afford to take the extra time needed. Slightly different question. What is the female to male ratio in classes? This concerns me due to being a male.
