What is the best recommendation for UWorld Nclex Prep?

Im preparing to take the nclex again and i've already used kaplan twice. please inbox me more details for the uworld website. i feel like im just going off memory with kaplan at this point.

i got this response when i tried to register for the Nclex-rn. what does it mean it says i cannot register for another exam "You may only schedule a single exam at a time."

just took my exam, scared to do the PVT trick

I just took the nclex-rn this morning and i know i studied and prayed and was very patient during the test but i'm scared to do the PVT. its just hard being my third term taking the exam.
