  1. I am in as well! The last week has been such a blur I totally forgot to post :) Now the logistics begin!
  2. You're totally right, and welcome here :)
  3. FutureNPisMe, you're psych track, right? sml14, CNM interviews finished on the 4th. We should hear sometime in the next two weeks, by the beginning of March at the very latest (per my interviewers).
  4. I'll be driving down from Washington, you?
  5. Congrats!! I'm 2:30pm on the 22nd.
  6. You're right about the 4th and 5th, @sml14, I just couldn't edit my post after I logged out. They offered me a lot of different times, so I bet you could schedule it around your other commitment.
  7. @MakeMeAMidwife I know they do Skype interviews, too.
  8. I have a BA in international studies and foreign language, and have worked in international health policy and public health management since graduation. Fingers crossed! I bet they're still waiting for a lot of applications to verify.
  9. I just got a call from admissions offering me an interview!! I'm surprised they moved so quickly, given the extended deadline, but I've had my application in since November so maybe they're working through them in order. They offered me the 21/22 of January or the 3/4 of February. Apparently on the Thursdays there are potluck mixers (like in previous years), where you can meet the faculty and other applicants, and ask questions.
  10. I know! Ironic after I spent days agonizing over the characters. I got this on December 2nd: Hi ncastle, Thank you for applying to the OHSU School of Nursing. It has been brought to our attention there was a discrepancy between the maximum word length we allow for the admissions essay portion of your application and the space that Nursing CAS provided for you to type. This is in the process of being fixed, but it looks like you already submitted your essay response. We wanted to give you a chance to resubmit your essay if you would like. Please follow the same essay prompt as before and limit your response to 700 words. If you choose to resubmit your essay, please email a word document or pdf with your updated essay to ----------------- by December 18, 2015. We will then upload it to your application for you. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you, OHSU School of Nursing Office of Admissions
  11. Just submitted my application last week! So exciting. Did you all hear about the essay change from admissions? They sent me an email to say there had been a mix up with NursingCAS, and the essays can actually be a max of 700 words (instead of 350 like the online application says). Still trying to decide if I'm going to expand on mine, since they said I could update them.
