  1. Hi! I need your help. I have the same issue "not valid signature provided" and just called CGFNS, they said they sent a letter to my school in order to verify the signature. I believe the problem is that the dean instead of signing her entire name she signed with her regular signature (scribble) and it may not be clear for.CGFNS. Due to vacation period, my school will not work until the first week.of aug. And i don't know how long it will take for the letter to arrive. I was wondering if i could skip this step and ask the school to fill the "transcript validation form" and send it again to CGFNS because i dont want to waste too much time waiting for the letter to be received by the school. Any suggestion? Thanks!
  2. Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me with this issue. I just received an e-mail from CGFNS saying that my transcripts were rejected due to an invalid signature and seal. I called and they said they sent a letter to my school in order to validate the signature and seal. The main problem is that authorities at my university do not speak a word in English and i will be travelling abroad in two weeks which means i will not be able to fix it before i leave. I'd like to know what exactly does CGFNS means with valid signature and seals and if it would be better if my school sends the transcript form again? Thanks in advance
