  1. Today I took the nclex and felt pretty confident going in. I got to 75 and it didn't shut off, but I didn't freak out. I kept waiting and working and wanting it to turn off soooo badly! Well 37 select all that apply and 4 math questions later the test finishes at 265. I feel defeated. Help please!
  2. I went to 265 too!! I got 37 SATA and 4 math questions. There were so many meds I was not sure about. But I keep telling myself that since we made it to 265 that means that we were hovering around d the passing line. I just hope we ended up on the passing side! Praying for you and your nerves!!
  3. Hahah! I wish I heard this more often! I'll take your advice!
  4. GOOD! I'm glad to hear that there are other people who are taking a break as well. Best of luck to you! We WILL be nurses by the end of the week!
  5. I am taking my NCLEX on thursday July 16th. I have planned some relaxing/distracting activities for tomorrow but I am wondering if its wise to not study at all the day before the test. When it came to nursing school I would study up until the hour of the test. Because the NCLEX is over soooooo many things I can understand how it might be counterproductive to stress yourself out by continually studying. I just need some advice! Please help!
  6. Yes, my anxiety is starting to build! But I am also starting to feel mentally exhausted. Those scores seem pretty good and your cumulative is higher than mine! Good job. Are you planning on not studying the day before?
  7. Yes! That's what all of my study has been based off of.
  8. That's amazing and so encouraging! Thank you for your input. I love to hear of recent experiences of other people. Did you put off studying the day before? Is that wise?
  9. Ok! Sounds like a plan. Thank you for your advice!
  10. Do you suggest that I finish the 350 that I have left? I only have today to finish them because I have heard from many people not to study the day before the exam. Thank you for your input!
  11. I am taking the NCLEX this thursday at 8 am (7/16/15). I am currently using Kaplan and have really enjoyed the way that it keeps me on a schedule and gives me good NCLEX prep and practice. I have completed all of the question trainers and did not do so well (45-56%) and now I am on the Q bank and have about 350 questions left. For the Q bank I have had my lowest score at 38% and my highest score at 76% with my cumulative score being 54%. I have done remediation over the questions that I have missed. I am also planning on doing the prioritization practice test as well as a few focused tests on areas i feel weak on. Should I be worried going into the NCLEX on thursday with these scores? Thanks for your help!
