hey guys.. so i've got an update from cgfns about my cvs application.. and it says in my order status WAITING FOR THE REQUIRED ITEMS... nd under my requirement SIGNED NOTARIZED APPLICATION the status is RECEIVED BUT NOT ACCEPTED... under the correspondence it says ""Your application is incomplete due to the following missing item(s): SIGNED NOTARIZED APPLICATION In order to begin the verification process, CGFNS International requires that all the required forms and/or payment be received and accepted."" should i send another copy of my application signed and notarized to cgfns again? and also my ISSUED REPORT says WAITING FOR APPROVAL.. does that mean they already contact the OP NY? hope for your response.. thank you!

Hi myie here i applied online for nclex newyork.. i have sent my authorization forms and the notarized application.. my order status is READY FOR PROCESSING.. my authorization forms are received.. but in the status of the NOTARIZED APPLICATION says waiting to be received.. i have sent it with the authorization forms.. do i have to send another NOTARIZED APPLICATION? Though in the notes it says received UPDATED NY APPLICATION.. im a bit confused..

i have applied online i have printed the documents application it says there FOR YOUR RECORDS ONLY and at the last page is the signature and notarized... still will i send all of the pages to cgfns? and also by means signature i'll put my full name not the unique signature we have? and all of it will be sign using a pen? not edited in computer to print? i have printed also the payment voucher though i already paid it in credit card online... should i send them the payment voucher? how to send it to cgfns.. i want to put it in an envelope and write on it CGFNS CVS NEW YORK APPLICATION... what did you do on your application? and one last thing when i fill up the application to NYSED it says there IN INK... i'll use pen? or should i also edit it on computer and print it... i just want to make sure sorry for all the questions... hope to hear from you soon

another thing.. so i applied online.. and my father is in new york.. i want him to receive my files.. is it possible? and should i fill up authorization to release information? and in online i'll change all mail correspondence in my fathers address? and it says please print can i use pen in writing or should i fill it up using adobe pdf?

I will not include any diploma with the application of cgfns even if i graduated nursing here in the philippines?

Hi! have you submitted the original copies of your secondary diploma and professional diploma with the application to cgfns? or i can scan and just print my diploma? is that valid? and is the application is the only one to be notarized? the authorization letters will just be signed? lol... sorry for so many questions.. and also the attended dates of graduation did you change it? isn't it that it is indicated automatically? but i can't change the date.. only the month and year? would i just leave it as it is?

Hi! i'm concerned about the authorization for transcripts and license. i applied online and as i about to print it the address of my school and the PRC are not indicated. and have you change your graduation dates? or as it is?
