  1. I got my acceptance for Hunter on 4/13 and NYU on 4/24. Currently debating between the two!
  2. hi @dilani35 , CONGRATS! that's quick. I read threads from previous years that they typically don't get back to applicants until may. I also applied to the psych NP post-masters for this fall, hoping to hear back soon!
  3. Yeah, I could only find the AE-MSN group for 2015. It may be set to hidden in search?
  4. saltyharris, deadline to accept/decline offer: february 12 first day of class: june 2
  5. JUST GOT ACCEPTED INTO LEADS! everyone check your emails!
  6. I know! I'm obsessed with checking my email and this thread. Hopefully we hear back by the end of this month.
  7. My LeaDs interview lasted around 45 minutes as well. Make sure to check your mail for a blue slip indicating that your background check was cleared, I received mine today.
  8. jmt9223: I think so. That's what I gathered from the LeaDs Q&A session with Dr. Taxis and Tracy.
  9. Yeah, that's probably the smart thing to do. I wish they would flat out say "You are no longer considered for the FPMHNP track, but we would like to offer an alternative program for your consideration" instead. That way I wouldn't be holding out what very little hope I have left for the NP program. It just seems unnecessary (and cruel!?) for them to offer us a choice between FPMHNP and LeaDs if we've already been weeded out of the first one. Sigh. All things considered, I will most likely switch to LeaDs.
  10. Will you be switching to LeaDs?
  11. Just received this email: "Thank you for your application to our FPMHNP program. This is a very competitive program and you are a highly qualified applicant. Unfortunately we received many more applications than we can interview and consider for admission to the FPMHNP program this year. In order to be considered for admission to the LeaDs program during this admission cycle you will need to contact Tracy Demchuk by Monday, November 30, 2015 or sooner with your decision to change your program of interest to LeaDs. If Tracy does not hear from you by Nov. 30, 2015 your application will remain in the FPMHNP concentration and an admission decision will be rendered based on this concentration." Is anyone else in the same boat? What are you going to do!? I definitely want to stay in the running for the FPMHNP program but I'd like to get into LEADS if I don't. I wonder if there is a way to stay in both applications but I am not sure - I'll check back on the 2015 thread.
  12. I went to one in July and they did not include that information, but reading from previous years' threads I believe there are around 8 spots for the psych NP track.
  13. Have any of you guys submitted your application yet? I just finished my final two items today, but I am scared to click that "Submit" button! I feel like I should read over everything a thousand times even though I already have X__X
  14. Hi all - Just wondering who else is applying for the AE-MSN program at the University of Texas at Austin. I am applying to the psych NP track and super nervous about it! I know previous applicants did not hear back about interviews until early December and decisions until early February.
