Need help with LLR licensure application (DUI arrest on record, not convicted yet)
It will take longer than normal but I'm sure it will happen. Nurses are people too and not infallible. Anything else?

Need help with LLR licensure application (DUI arrest on record, not convicted yet)
It depends on your state board. First thing...document absolutely everything. Get recommendation letters from your optional\required aa counselors as well as any distinguished colleagues or individuals and even spiritual leaders like your pastor. Have proof of all your completed rehabilitation classes as well as your court documents. They will ask for them. I would also recommend getting an evaluation from a psychiatrist\ nurse practitioner that specializes in addiction counseling to state that you don't have a current addiction and that it was an isolated event. It's an observational opinion based on a few sessions with a few negative drug tests. The board wants to see that it isn't a recurring\chronic issue and that you are making steps to correct and learn from your mistake. Volunteering at an addiction counseling program would probably help alot as well.

run out of time at 257, what are my chances??
I know if you run out of time they gauge the last 60 questions and all of them have to be above the line. If you had a rough run and went one question below, it is considered a fail, even if you bounce back. Pray and relax, more than 80% of test takers pass and you can't find those odds anywhere. Better than vegas

New grad job southern california
There are many places that are hiring but they don't really advertise. You need to know someone that works there so go into the hospitals and meet someone. Don't wait for an interview, walk in and make one.

PO Administration Route
Not enteric coated, they only digest in an alkaline environment such as the small intestine. They don't digest in the stomach because its highly acidic. Sustained release has multiple layers to allow extended release over longer periods so not them. Tablets and capsules are complicated, depends how they designed it. They both can contain powder while capsules can contain small amounts of liquid. It also depends on the medication, some can cross the blood and or brain gut barrier while some need to be converted by the liver to become viable. I'd say overall that uncoated tabs would be quickest with many exceptions.

Test taken in CA, bad pop-up, inquiry about DCA website
Don't feel down, it happens to alot of us. It doesn't mean you'll be a bad nurse, I'm sure you'll be a great nurse. It's more strategy than content.

Test taken in CA, bad pop-up, inquiry about DCA website
I have had friends in California experience the same thing(pending status) and it wasn't the best outcome but that doesn't exactly mean the worst. You'll have to wait for the official results that should come in the mail shortly

Nursing AA vs. BSN Inquiry.
This is ultimately your decision so take some time, have a cup of coffee and have a long think. You can get your asn and start working much earlier but if you want your bsn and one class is holding you back......retake the class and get your bsn.

Filipino Nursing Graduate Applying for CA NCLEX-RN
I think that would be fraud. Better hope they don't find out and not advice you should give someone. Don't do it. Convince the school and pay for shipping. Do it officially and lawfully no matter how long it takes.

Moving To Puerto Rico For Nursing School at UMET!?
I wouldn't worry about it at all about being accepted, its a sure thing. Maybe because they start at both dates. It really begins in August but its a trimester program so about 3 month classes. You can take summer classes so that would make you finish 3 months quicker, you can test out of English and Spanish classes, you can add additional classes to your trimester beyond their predetermined schedule, you can also take classes at the bayamon campus. I take the nclex in 7 days so I'll let you know. Message me if you have anything else. I'd be happy to help

Moving To Puerto Rico For Nursing School at UMET!?
There are no prerequisites for the program at Inter. I went there 2 days before classes started with my high school diploma and it was no problem. They never answer the phone as customer service is non existent there but its no problem when your there. It'll take less than a day once your there. It's really easy.

Moving To Puerto Rico For Nursing School at UMET!?
I went to interamerican at their metro campus and got my bsn. You don't need to know any Spanish. It helps but you can manage. I don't speak any and I got by on the island very well. I'd highly recommend the program there.
