I'm an internal transfer so my process is probably different, but I was just told to send in my NCLEX date as soon as I schedule it, and just recently filled out a background check document. I haven't heard much else.

Did you apply for the residency program? They emailed those that applied with an invite to open house and interview or they sent a rejection from what I heard.

Yeah no that was nothing like the PICU interview!! It’s only one interviewee. Every unit it does it completely differently from what I’ve gathered.

@Spring2018 I have spoken to two current students at UTHealth, and one student who just recently graduated from there and all 3 of them said that UTHealth is VERY unforgiving of any unforeseen circumstances. I won't give the specific examples they gave me, but if you do choose UTHealth I would try VERY hard NOT to get pregnant in that time period- lol.

Hi guys! I have a question, I am trying to submit my UTHealth application, however, on the very first part of the application it asks for the program you are applying to (pacesetter BSN in my case). NOTHING I input will work!! I think it's asking for like an abbreviation maybe? But can someone help?! Not sure what to input and really need to get this submitted. I will try calling the SON tomorrow but I haven't typically had luck getting through to them in the past.

Hi everyone! I'm also applying for Fall 2017 AP BSN program. I have already taken the HESI, however, I took it for a different school so I don't have the "learning styles" portion. I got a pretty good grade so I'd really rather not have to take the whole test again. Does anyone know if there's a way to take just that one section?? Good luck to everyone trying to get in!

I took mine at Blinn College in Bryan with a Texas A&M prof! I considered re-taking it but I would have to make an A for it to help my GPA at all and it barely even helps

I'm pretty sure they just have to be finished before the first day of class! If I remember correctly.
